Alcohol
When a person drinks alcohol, the alcohol is absorbed by the stomach, enters the bloodstream, and goes to all the tissues. The effects of alcohol are dependent on a variety of factors including a person's size, weight, age and sex, as well as the amount of food and alcohol consumed. Alcohol even at low doses, significantly impairs the judgement and coordination to drive a car safely.
Take the alcohol screening test at alcohol screening.org.
A 12-ounce bottle or can of regular beer, a 5-ounce glass of wine and a drink of one and 1/2 ounce of 80 proof distilled spirits contain the same amount of alcohol.
