Proposed Tax Levy - (Replacement and Decrease)
Medina County
A Majority Affirmative Vote is Necessary for Passage.
A replacement of a portion of an existing levy, being a reduction of 0.05 mill, to constitute a tax for the
benefit of MEDINA COUNTY for the purpose of PROVIDING FOR ANTI-DRUG ENFORCEMENT AND
RELATED EDUCATION AND TREATMENT SERVICES at a rate not exceeding .35 mill for each one
dollar of valuation, which amounts to three and one-half cents ($0.035) for each one hundred dollars of
valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2006, first due in calendar year 2007.

.35 mill is ONLY $11.02 per year on a $100,000 property valuation.
